Respect and skill problem

Hello,
My respect is too high in comparison with skill. I have 0 buildings, Money in bank: $0. Why the respect is so large in comparison with the skill? I want to be equal and do not understand why is so big difference between them.

1 kill = 1 respect

nop... 4 skills = 1 respect or 1 skill = 1/4 respect.
if 1 skill = 1 respect how can you get 1vs1 acc with 10k skill and 5k resp ?

if i have 260 kills, i have automatically 260 respect?

if you want to know the respect bring by your stats just calcul : (Intelligence+Strength+Charisma+Tolerance)/4
example :

(153+217+154+236)/4=190

and if you want to know respect bring by your cash just do cash/10 000

HEY HEY 1 Kill = 1 respect that's mean if u kill 1000 kill u will have 1000 respect if u have 0 stats and 0 money i hope u understand

so if have 2k kill = 2k respect automaticly
