chat rooms

i think it would be great if there is a section in the forum for players to chat together and create rooms.... for example there could be a section for gangs, where each gang has its own room and the name of the gang leader and co leader could be displayed... also the nationalities the gang would accept... and much more about the gang, that way it will be much easier for players to join a gang.

there could also be rooms for night life... where the players can announce for their businesses and put comments.
