How about adding near pimp, gangster etc. an usurer (One who lends money at interest, especially at an exorbitant or unlawfully high rate)?
I am an usurer and someone comes to me to get money. I settle a % and a number of days and he will have the posibility to accept or deny. If he pays more than 1/2 of the amount he will be able to have few more days to give the money back, but if not he will receive a message like this - "(Player) is looking for you in all crims city. He is about to get you. You have two options: 1. Pay (player) all the amount of money 2. Change your face and you'll not be recognized anymore - that will cost you 20 credits" (that's ok for developers ) )
The usurer has the chance, if he caughts you to take all your money, weapon or hookers - if the term is over or if he sees you in a bar.
