- Enter in http://support.thecrims.com (no need to login)
- chose Submit a Ticket
- Credits department
- Click on Next
- Fill all the informations needed, dont forget the phone number or ID of the transaction
- Click on Submit Ticket
and wait for an answer from support to your email.
