When i buy guns or hookers my respect lowers itself by 200 or 300

how come?

Simply, when you earn money your respect increases, and when you spend money your resp decreases. It depends on how much money you earn/spend.

ex: If you buy smthg for 2 000 000 $, your resp will be lowered by 200...
