Limits like those are hard to implement. Players learn new strategies that increases their respect, we implement changes that affect how much respect a player can get. So first we'd have to find suitable levels of respect for the different titles, then we would have to change them every time the game changes, and it's quite impossible to know beforehand just how much a change will affect the amount a respect a player can achieve.

It works for a static game that can be thoroughly tested, like a console game. But The Crims is quite different from those kind of games.
