How can I attack someone?

I dont have a lot of relashion in my friends.

the players that i can attack is my friends and i dont want that.

my question is how can i get friends to attack them (red friends) and how can i be sure they will be attacked by me. my mean is that i have red friends and i cant attack them, why?

You can get red relations when you meet some people in a rave party or whorehouse and you can attack them, and they can attack you, by single assault or Gang assault(in assault page).
You can't attack people with red or solid relation when their respect is less than 200, but they can attack you.
