Make a topic with the country that has error in the title .
Example. [BR]Translation Error.
If there is already a topic for the required country Do Not make new topic use the
one already made .

In your report,paste the translation error.

Example:

Error : Welcome to The Cims

Then post the corrected translation.

Correct translation : Welcome to The Crims .
