Hi,

you go to hospital with disease after you use hookers on whorehouses.. you have some options to stay more time playing.. you can spend credits on condoms, this will give you less probabilities of catching diseases.. or you can start using Drugs to rise your stamina. go to raves or nightlife, and by drugs. start by buying not much, to see how much stamina each drugs give you. for example: 1 booze give you 2% of stamina. this way you dont catch disease from hookers, but be carefull, if you buy to much drugs.. for more than 100%, you get overdose.. and you go 30 real minutes to hospital..

Try it and you will see that you will be able to play much more time if you have any other question, come back to us^^
