I cant assault nobody
When I go to assault window and try to choose someone, there is nobody

Also when I try to add ppl to my gang i cant

please help me

You have to get contacts. You can get them in raves (for assault). And you can get them by adding (Friends). You can lay that u make gang, add he, when he ACCEPT, you can attack. Or just tmake gg, not attack. All u need is relations.
