    Default Tickets to Memox

    I have created 2 tickets 28 Aug 2010, the reply is just "We take a look on this problem.", I know that you will take a look in case, but when a player send a report about someone, this player want to know what was the end of the case.

    The Status is Open yet, and i'm waiting for an reply yet. 1 month after.

    Yesterday I sent another ticket in Support English, and our friend reply only:

    Hi DevilKiller,

    I'm quoting my colleague here, who already answered your ticket.

    > Thank you for letting us know once again.

    > We will take a look on this too.
    >

    What other answer did you expect?
    I'm not creating this topic to cause problems or something, cuz I didnt put the administrador's name that reply the tickets.
