I have created 2 tickets 28 Aug 2010, the reply is just "We take a look on this problem.", I know that you will take a look in case, but when a player send a report about someone, this player want to know what was the end of the case.
The Status is Open yet, and i'm waiting for an reply yet. 1 month after.
Yesterday I sent another ticket in Support English, and our friend reply only:
