I think that you should put the credit transfer back to TC and you should enable e-mail verification for every transfer. So, when you want to transfer creds on another acc you have to verify it via e-mail. Simple. Why not?

Simply said, yes, but we have seen players lose control over their registered email addresses also, and that would be a risk we dare not take.
