Loss of Stat buying

This seems to be a pretty big issue in my opinion. First, stats (strength, charisma, etc) are a pain because you never know how much someone has. However, they're good cause you can specialize, and, best of all, you have something to spend your money on.

If we get rid of stat buys at the hospital, what're we supposed to spend our money on? Don't say hookers or buildings cause that's exactly what I'm talking about. We can only get limited amounts until we buy more stats.

All I'm asking is that CrimCity gets something we can always buy (provided we have the money). Otherwise, our cash'll pile up and there'll be no real point to playing.

The real point of playing is to make as much respect as it`s possible.
