I Tried to make it png, gif, jpg & bmp, but nothing is working

I think the problem is the table of colors. Use Cmyk not RGB.

CMYK is not very practical when it comes to computer screens, RGB is the standard and will be used.

One question. why is there a tie under the avatar?
