    Default Feedback of the support and a suggestion.

    Hello there ! I just reported a bug (Sent 10 CRED then got 39 messages) and then I reported it to support. Also I took it on forums. First of all: The administrator would give me 10 Credits so I could continiue as planned. I got a answer from the Support centre (after sending a ticket). Saying that it could be some technical problems with my telephone provider or my phone sent the message 38 times more. They also said that I wont get billed for anything. So that support of forums and at the support centre. You are so amazing ! I've seen many supports at websites, but this is 100X better. Best support ever used !

    Suggestion

    That you wont get billed before you use the code. I'm not sure if its possible, but think it will help alot of that type problems.

    Technically we cant do that, the SMS technology is very limited when it comes to billing. But we hope that some day in the future the great men and women who design these systems will enable us to do so
