New Flags in TC :)

They look a bit like the ones we had in the beginning but they are not the exact same. My intention was to change back to the previous flags when the sprite was done (thanks to tcmatheus!) but maybe we should keep these?

No !! these one sucks, have you any others flags model? lol if you don't then you should come back to the previous ones..
