That question made by Nizari is true. The Crims have copyright, to register a copyrigth, all contents must be made by the developers or paid for it.

Memox can't add contents without a copyright to The Crims.

We cannot use copyrighted images on the website, even if it isn't official artwork, it is enough of a resemblance.

And nobody mentioned anything about your copyright in game, because you don't own the copyrights for those avatars.

You dont understand. Lets just leave it as it is, we cant use those avatars as they contain strong resemblance to intellectual property from other companies/legal entities.
