Is it Normal for me to have 8k respect and have 2k on stats ?

Yes, it's normal. The respect formula is: (Money/10000 + (Intelligence+Charisma+Strength+Tolerance)/4))

If you wanna, send your stats and money to make the formula and you'll see if something are wrong.
