Godfather issue

Hi everyone, i have already reached the ultimate level Godfather and received the respective prizes. Seems that i can do it again as my profile says im stil "kingpin". Is it a bug or we can reach the level over and over again?

When You are losing top 1 international Godfather rank is gone. You need to be top 1 again. It won`t be any prize this time, you will just take back your rank.

So, first arriving consigliere wins a good prize....but first arrives GODFATHER receives nothing....dont you think that is hmm...unfair is not the word but maybe incongruent. Just a Godfather opinion.
