Why do I get rewards for completed levels?

I am Capo and I not get :

No players are receiving rewards for levels at the moment. I will find the problem and you will all get your rewards afterwards.

i wasn't receiving any prizes until level capo... but suddenly i get prize in level consigliere...
in previous round i finished with capo level so maybe that's the bug memox?? ppl maybe get prizes if they pass the level that they was in previous round??

(and if this is the bug we are waiting for the previous level prizes )

I also had not received any prizes until capo level and reading the previous post i thought that i would maybe take prize for consigliere so i changed level from capo to consigliere but i did not receive anything. (tc day 83, 21:08 )

Yesterday Sa3ek and I finally found the problem! I have created a solution now but I want to ask you guys about the execution.

Either I can give you ALL the rewards at once for the past levels. The problem here is that you might get many trucks and boats on the same day.

Or I can lower your accounts to the level where you didn't receive and rewards.

What do you say? I wait for some replies before I proceed.

Don
Don is the head of a big mafia family. It's not that easy to became such a respected person. Requirements are high and your skills will be tested! Expect an extreme prize!
Requirements
You must at least have 1500000 respect
You must have at least $13,000,000,000 in your bank account
You must have at least 6000000 of Heroin
You must have killed 20 players
You must have at least 85000 in average stats
You must be at least number 200 on the international stats

Memox i haven't heroin on my acc but i can make next level wtf?
