Today I tried to make a gang of 40 members ( from what I heard this round 40 is maximum, not like other rounds 75 ) so I added rabbits...and at the 27 members says I don't have enough charisma & intellect even though I had 100k.. is 27 members max now ? ( I saw a gang of 37 members )
