And, one isn't quite responsible for the charity they receive. In a world run by TheUnd3ad, Charity organization leaders would be arrested for donations of kind-hearted drug dealers, et cetera. Many examples.

This is TheCrims, it is not a charity organization.
It has its own rules, and u must follow it if u want to play.

I was actually showing how the TheCrims world is different from the real world. And how injust these rules might seem in comparison to the real world. If you could've stopped the dirty credits from travelling anywhere, you could've not banned the players for something they haven't done (with exceptions).
The meaning of it is that u should never accepet something that u dont know where it comes from.
Use your own credits and only accept donations if u can trust this guy the same u trust in your mother.
Im not saying that this rule is good, but this is what have worked for most of the cases. If u dont ban people with fake credits, u will let them cheat the game, but for sure in this rule some people that had nothing to do will be banned as well cuz they accepted a donation from a liar.
Thats why im saying to use only your own credits or if u want to accept a donation u should assume the responsibility to be punished if it comes from a dirty way.
You are solely responsible for your account...good point!
you accept donation, you accept the risk, case closed.
