About Credits

I have a question about credit, and so I had 200 credits in my account that I had disappeared. Can I recover them?

All credits transfered during the birthday from rabbits to other accounts have been removed. Credits that you have bought and paid for where not removed. I've checked your account and the amount removed is correct.
