Suggestion-Gang War.

Hi i have a suggestion about the gang war.(gang vs. gang).
i've made a gg and i recruted a few members 4 or 5, but all of them weak(200-2000 respect). and some time later all my clan die for another clan.(gg war).
but i think if the game is like that,we cant made a gg becouse always will have a better gang and they will kill you.
maybe if just have a way to attack other gg with the same respect or have option to choose between accept gg war and don't accept.

i think that the similar respect range is reasonable but being able to decline gang wars would ruin the whole point of gang wars
