Balance between respect and stats

Why dont you limite the quantity of money of a player using as reference the quantity os stats,

for exemplo, if a player have 1 000 000 of inteligence their max quantity of money that it can have/manage is 100 bilions (which gives a respect 10 times bigger than the quantity of stats)

it would force the 'ballons' to get stats

i think the balloons account it´s no problem, i think the problem for this game is 2, 3 accounts have strenght for hit 30, 40 accounts and coz this dont have gg effective.

I think too, that balloons accounts aren't problem and in my opinion this idea makes totally no sense. What with players, who play for top ? In this round the best player had 320kk respect it mean, that he should have 32kk stats ? This idea don't change anything and it's unnecessary.
