Daylight saving time

I suggest that servers move to Daylight Saving Time -
1)Most countries in Europe use this system, including big ones like Poland and Romania. Egypt and Brazil do not use it though, but majority of players do (my opinion).
2)Developers (memox, zed) are from Sweden which uses this system, I suppose that TC servers are there too - one more reason why to use this time.

Why I want to use this ? Because then 00:00 tc time is 6:00-12:00-18:00-00:00 and not 7:00-13:00-19:00-01:00 which is confusing.

CET has 6:00-12:00-18:00-00:00, except now that the time changed and it's 7:00 etc.
It's ok as it is now, most players are used to it as it is.

If it was OK, why was it changed back to that 18:00 PM = 00:00 TC time again ?

Not that I am complaining.

It changes with the daylight saving time and when the next round comes it is using the new time settings starting at 18:00.
