Is there something you can do about these ? Nobody likes them, they spam your friends list (flashing) and those controlling them are keeping them in raves for a long time.

They are not players, I believe they are rabbits. It doesn't matter whose are these two, new spies are appearing every TC day.

These are just two of said clubs, such spies are usually in the most common ones - Bazement, Tivoli, Second Floor, Butchers ...
every day, someone different.
