Unable to find/access Whorehouses or Hooker Mansions!!

I just started playing thecrims again today, and I haven't been able to find any Whorehouses or Hooker Mansions.

I know the tutorial says to go to 'Nightlife' and click on the 'Whorehouses' tab, but that's not available on my login?

Has this feature been removed from the game, or am I missing something??

Yeah, it's been removed and not yet all references to it have been deleted too.

There were some problems with it, so maybe in future it will be introduced again, but so far, nothing.
