Default respect bug

hello .. I had 58 billion in the bank .. I go to get them to buy drugs ... I get the message "something 'went wrong' and I find myself no longer 'the 58 billion and more' respect and 'fell from 6400000 to 620mila ..... then from the second I find myself in Italy twentieth ... not 'just right this thing ... **** bug .. how to solve it now?
