Unfairly banned

I was banned for the reason "more than one account on the same IP", but such an account is mine and the other is from my brother. We cannot play in the same place because we have the same IP? I deserve ban for this? I bought CREDITS and I can not play with my brother? This is not right .....

Please review this attitude ... I bought 100 credits twice ... this is not fair

When you actived the account you had to accept the rules, you could read it:
1. You are solely responsible for your account. Your account will never be restored or rollbacked unless the damage has been inflicted by the Crew. Credits might be restored if there is sufficient evidence of abuse.
2. It is forbidden to own or play with more than one account.
We can't be sure if you really have a brother and if he is the real owner of the second account, you can't play with more then one account.
We don't discuss on forum about ban, so if you want complain about your ban you must submit a ticket, here you have a tutorial how to do it, thanks.
