Figure me out!

Is not the first time when i play TheCrims.And on this time the max lvl on robbery is Pharmacy.Why? I mean last time when i played this game there was like 17 lvls to robber....and the whore house in the noght life is gone why cant go to whores anymore for energy are only drugs now.....help?
