Well, I was in the hospital and I was editing my profile when the random event popped out with no chat-box to enter the code neither the code itself. Only the "Send" button is there and the police car IMG. I can't do ANY action, not even exiting my account or change language to show better proof. It's in my own language(Romanian) but you'll probably understand since it's a standard event.
Please, if possible solve it immediately!
