It's a simple case.

Hi, we don't speak about bans on forum, if you submitted a ticket to support center than wait for answer as others do.

Sieke and FasTDiO please stop, you are ex-crew members and now you want to prove we don't do our job, you should already know that we don't follow forum always because we are concentrating to help players on support center or to check them (this if you was a good crew member), in other words TO HELP THEM, so, if you want that we do our job, let us concentrate on our job, to solve all tickets in chronological order.
I hope we won't have to talk again about this.
