Delay from cirurgy to attack

there's a delay between changing face, and them being attacked. already happened to me and some other people. we enter a rave/party, there's someone stronger/better ranked we went to hospital change face, do some other click like see factory's or drug dealer's whatever..two seconds after bang-bang u are dead user "*****" killed you.

this delay isn't normal..cause if it's what's the point in hospital -> cirurgy ?
