Ban, please unban ?

Hello, i got ban Rule 2. You are not allowed to play with more than one account. You have been caught using these accounts: 16125614, 16131748, 16039201, 16108700, 16149595.
I dont play in more one account. I have 2 computer in my house. In one PC mine brother play in his account (Gogecik2) . On another computer i played on mine account ( Gogecik) Mine brother have this same ip, because we have one modem to internet.. Please unban Gogecik and Gogecik2 !!!!! its not a fair.

You need to submit a ticket to http://support.thecrims.com in regards to any bans
