Credits should appeared automatically on your account. Please, be patient because there are lot of players who have to be credited. The "THE CRIMS BIRTHDAY!" action can take a few moments.

It's normal because you received 20 credits each the crims day. Remember these credits are temporary and disappear, you have to use it till midnight.
