Honourable kills

why not have a system whereby if you kill someone at a similar level they get an honour kill point and if you kill someone way lower you just get a kill at the end of the round the most honour points gets a prize

The idea itself is not bad but has cons. First, what do You mean about similiar level? Similar level of what: respect, stats? To kill someone you need 2x stats than your opponent. When I'll get "honour kill? When I had 2,001x stats than enemy? It will be hard to measure when this "honour kill" count and define someone "way lower". Now, we have protection for players less than 500 respect- can't kill them.
