Hello, I wanted to mention that you should increase your Support Center, as I have to wait sometimes more than 3 Days to get any respond. That's a very low Performance, and therefore you get a big MINUS from me.

it depens on which department you write and how you write and what you want finaly
i got ban ( i know its not to discus here ) and complained in abuse crew complains. i got fast answer always. about 3 in 3 days. quiet enough for small cheater like me
i submit ticket for translations. got answer after week and a half and of course not satisfy answer. because my translation still not correct. made in forum one thread what was written in submit ticket answer. but this old lady knows me for years and doesnt even care about me
i submit ticket to bug section and got answer 1 week after it was already told to abuse crew and sent directly to memox. so i already knew the answer and got bored answer from support.
i submit ticket to english department and got answer fast.
so for me its good support ( not the old lady of course )
