How to calculate your stats to begin single rob or single user crimes?

hay, i have a question, how i choose a single rob that i can do it with my stat? is it true that if i wanna do CASINO i must have stats (intelligence + strength + tolerance) more or at least 40000? thanks for your help

In old times we using this:
((int + str + (tol /2)) /3 + armor + weapon) * 0.90
Now i think this formula need repair coz accounts have character with more or less power
if is using robber or not.
