Ban in Beta

Hey.
I got banned in beta for playing with more than one account. Yes, this is true. But I think this is unfair. One day, I reported to the crew a player playing in more than one account (in beta). I got the answer: the player can't be banned on beta for this. If he can't be banned why I can? Please review it, I like to play beta.
