This is pathetic!!

I have posted many times about my account Matto3 being banned from the forum, sometimes with response most times without, don't bother me obviously admin are too busy doing something else to read the forums.

I sent a pm to wendy (suggested by moderator) and got no reply, complete ignorance!!

So then i decided to try contact the admin through the support centre yet still i have an open ticket. What is the point of having so many admins/crew if non of them can answer a simple question like "is my account Matto3 on a perm ban from forum?" for the great almighty admins this should be a piece of piss answer i.e. yes/no!!
