ASK : How rave limit work ??

Hi guys,

I would like to know on how this new rave respect limiter work , as for entering our own rave the limit works to forbid higher or lower respect from entering
our rave , it affects the owner and visitor. Is that correct ?

And if all the rave have limiter , how can I at 4999 respect can go to someone rave and get killed by a 65k
