Nightclub limits?

Hello,
So I've been hopping from Nightclub to another, and there I met someone with 170k, ok cool, no, actually not.. I'm not even 50k respect yet.
So what I wanna know, how in the world can someone break the limits? Does anybody have a good explanation for this? Hacks? Bug? A Nightclub with no limit?

Is normal, we have random raves without limits. Here you can meet any respect .
