what is the exact bank interest rate?

hello, my character is a businessman and it says in the bank page that "You will get 5% per 184 days."
does it mean i will get 5% of cash on my bank balance every TC day ?
so like If I have 1,000,000,000 (1 b) in my bank account I will get 50,000,000 ?
