Wierd log-in problem

I have really wierd problem and its on for past few weeks, and i don't know what can cause the problem. So i cant log in on my kobra1992 acc, with the old pass i jad, and when im trying to reset my password and im typing my email adress, it says that email doesn't exist?? But still im receiving email from you about new rounds and stuff, so the mail have to be in your system. Any chance u could fix that?
