Could I be potentially banned for threatening to rape another member of TC? Or is this behavior protected by rule 1.2?

Doubt it, maybe some new rule will come in though

1.10: It is forbidden to engage in rape with another TC player
1.10.1: You will be banned if you make a mess on her
1.10.2: Permanantly if you don't clean up

1.2.1 Every Nazist, racist, nationality, sexual or religion based discrimination, harassment or insult will result in a permanent ban;
