for example ... if u want buy LSD lab ( cost = 100 000$) = and If u just bought this building u lost proper amount of respect ( cost 100 000$, so u will lost 10 respect) by issued money, and simultaneously building boosts your respect about half what u issued on buying( + 5 respect)
However, when you will sell it you will gain 5 respec ( Because you sell building for half prices only already ) ,but you lose 5 respects through Dispose building.
So U'll remain in result on zero with respect.

your respect = (your money / 10k) + (value of your buildings / 10k) + averidge of your stats


if u'll buy building 4 100k money u lost 50 respect because value your building is 100k / 2 = 50k
when u'll sell this builing u'll get 50k money and no respect


if u sell buildings and get money ur respect won't grow

I think what it is is that whilst you have the building it is valued at the original buying price. So buying it costs you 10 respect.
When you sell it for half the amount it is worth you lose 5 respect because you lose half the value. do you understand me?
