Hi,

I was not going to comment this but I have some words. I understand both positions of n3nd and order. To be honest, I would accept if memox didn't want to give him back the gang because, as it is not a bug, n3nd has his own fault aswell. I would accept if memox would give the gang back, because, apart from some issues i had before with memox, he is the most honest and good person on this game, and he is the one who always tries to understand players' side. It makes me also sad see that smk and some people from order point fingers when they were helped in the past by mistakes that happens. They lost this top gang and who deserves to win is TBH, which I am leader; we have more points, around 200x more stats.

I am here not to lick balls or defend someone but to present my fully respect to the owner of the game for his words and for his position, not from now, but from all time. You are a truly person and I totally regret have lied you one time in the past. Won't happen again. Giving the gang back or no, it won't change this opinion I have. Thanks.

Realmente é por isso que esse jogo cada vez mais perde jogadores...
8 anos jogando isso mesmo que só de passa tempo a maior parte das vezes
como pode devolver a gg para um player que a deletou...
se não exite preferencialismo eu não sei oque é...
ele compra mais créditos que nós?
se for esse o problema eu posso reduzir o pouco comprado a nada
assim como a maioria que está com a mesma indignação
não estamos na mesma situação ocorrida no R71... lá foi comprovado o BUG...
ai é um caso de um player que fez merda (pra ser direto)
saudades de um jogo menos sujo onde tinham 2k de pessoas online até mesmo durante as madrugadas...
espero mesmo que a TBH não seja devolvida porque ai sim será a deixa pra muitos jogadores abandonarem isso...
eu mesmo burro comprei créditos ontem pra começar o próximo jamais comprarei novamente com toda certeza...

so pra constar que no perfil do top1 diz... "harder to transfer stats"

To make it clear regarding of Round 71,
A bug was found INTO the game and checked by abuse team with Smk's assistance. So It was sorted out with roll back of Smk's gang and Hamada got banned due to violate rule 6.

1. You are solely responsible for your account. Your account will never be restored or rollbacked unless the damage has been inflicted by the Crew. Credits might be restored if there is sufficient evidence of abuse.

Developers Crew are responsible for source code of game therefore they are responsible for game bugs and damages done by that.


Regarding current case,
There is no bug and not much to discuss. I can't see a good argument to roll back his gang.
That browser functionality isn't a bug in my point of view.


The Crew must have a seriously posture on this case because roll back without strong arguments sound bad. Unless the crew isn't a job taken seriously.

1- first of all, bebynho, we have the proves and prints, i can show you anytime, if your computer don't opened the link, is not my problem.

2- u try to show me yesterday, how nend deleted his gang, and i really don't see anything that prove something, just a wrong click, and in the rules is not saying that if u make a wrong click, u must contact crews and take your money back.

3- as many ppls said before, wrong clicks are made all the time, and nobody get stats, gang points or others things after did wrong click, if u did a wrong click, u are ****ed, this is part of game, and give it back because he use a ****ed navigator is a kind of help for sure.

4- u can't talk about round 71, because in round 71 u did nothing for help. Round 71 was saved because Pablo69 (best crew ever) investigate, and found what really happens, and this avoid a big injustice that could be happen, and, is a situation completely different.

5- and nofirek, stop talk because u dont know what happen in round 71, so shut up your mouth !!!!

Again you said that MEmox should apply rule 1 here but in Round 71 strange . I tend to agree with Memox is very disappointing to see how some players act and that some players say that I only threat players . Strange taking in account almost all contact me privately . I do think is time to stop that .

And smk that my Pc wont open Ok but in our conference there was Memox as well and he did not open as well but that is not the point I told you that I will try to replicate and I was able to that was the only thing I wanted to do to make sure Nend did not lie to us the rest was not up to me

Y i click that button from mistake , but the problem is that i don;t recive the CONFIRMATION of dizolve gang . Like u know when u dizolve a gang u receve confirmation where u can dizolve or not , I didn;t recive that . So now let the crew and memox decide this and don;t make more trubble here .

I think, in this situation will be good to get back gang, because as i told, we are humans, no robots and when somebody doing 35 days something and make one mistake click wow..

mas essa é a graça do jogo nofire... se ninguém errar não teríamos vencedores e perdedores... n3nd está em top2... (se é com bot ou não eu não posso dizer)... ele mais que ninguém pela experiência de jogo devia tomar cuidado num ato desse... nada se perde na vida, fica de aprendizado... isso é um jogo... apago apago perdeu perdeu... todos gastamos dinheiro aqui pra tentarmos ser top, com sucesso ou não... na próxima use um navegador melhor que este onde não terá bot mais terá um jogo limpo...
