hey , i hope the crew we solve this problem
today i`m got killed and enter the emergncy ...
in the hebrew chat in the emergncy the guys from egyipt enter that chat and wrote bad words about my country and this make me sad so please i wanna to solve this problem

well, im sure that always happens..
also Im sure that bans will NOT stop them.
Its something in their blood
but i still hope if they stop.

p.s: if u watch the herbew chats, u will find ppl from all nations comming with insults like that..not only Egyptians.
p.s2: in this case, im neutral coz im Egyptian Crew Member, so im leaving the consideration to other members.

If this happens again, get their user ID number and report it at the support centre.

Initially they will get a ban, and if they continue they will also get an IP ban.

Hopefully it wont happen again, so there will be no need to do this
